1. Provider
Services are provided by Hlib Denysenko, IČO 21462518, with its registered seat at Moravcových 1015/4, Vysočany, 190 00 Praha 9, registered in the Živnostenský rejstřík (Czech Trade Register). Contact: info@stehomanie.cz, +420 702 986 519.
2. Scope of service
We provide moving and transport services (apartments, offices, single items) in Prague, across Czechia and within the EU, including loading and unloading as agreed.
3. Price and payment
Prices follow the hourly rates and surcharges listed in the price list on this website. Payment is due after the move is completed, in cash or by bank transfer. The provider is not a VAT payer; the prices shown are final.
4. Order and conclusion of contract
You place an order through the form on the website or by phone. The contract is formed once the provider confirms the date. The price estimate shown in the form is not a binding final price.
5. Changes and cancellation
An order can be changed or cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the agreed move start time. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the move begins, the provider may charge compensation of 50% of the agreed price of the service. If cancelled on the day of the move (less than 3 hours before the start), the provider may charge compensation of 100% of the agreed price. 6. Withdrawal from the contract
For contracts concluded at a distance, a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Exception: for services with a fixed performance date, and for a service started at the consumer's express request before that period expires, the right of withdrawal may not arise or ceases (§ 1837 of the Czech Civil Code). If the contract is withdrawn under this clause, the compensation set out in clause 5 does not apply.
7. Complaints and liability
Liability for defective performance and for any damage to items during the move follows the Czech Civil Code. The client must report any defects or damage within 24 hours of the move being completed. File a complaint at info@stehomanie.cz or by phone. The provider will handle the complaint within 30 days.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The body competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.gov.cz).
9. Governing law
The contractual relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
10. Effective date
These terms are effective from 17 June 2026.
