How we handle your personal data when you book a move.

We process the data you enter in the order form or give us by phone: your name, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, the date and time of the move, your preferred language and a description of the job. Your IP address is used only to protect the form from abuse and is not stored with the order.
We process the data to handle your enquiry and provide the moving service — the legal basis is performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Protecting the form against abuse is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Only the controller has access to the data. Our hosting provider acts as a processor and stores the data on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
We process your personal data within the European Union. No transfer to countries outside the EEA takes place.
Data from confirmed orders is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for up to 3 years (the limitation period for potential claims). Unconfirmed enquiries are deleted within 12 months.
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Exercise your rights at info@stehomanie.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7).
The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track you. We use only technically necessary means for the site to work (such as remembering your language), which do not require consent.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
